PICTURE OF GOD

WOW! What did you expect?
I am currently running out to get another wide-angle lens!!!
First, I would like to present an illustration that I feel makes my view of
God very clear. PICTURE THIS:
Take an aquarium. Fill it full of water. The aquarium represents the universe
(all expanse, space, and time) and the water represents the One God, who is a
Spirit, John 4:24, Eph. 4:4, that is everywhere, Ps. 139:7-12, Eph. 1:23.
I then take a small clear plastic container (like a clear film canister) and
with the lid on and nothing inside of it, I place it in the water. This
represents man without God's Spirit inside him. In essence, all mankind until
the day of Pentecost, and even after, those that have not received the Holy
Ghost.
Then I take another canister, and fill it full of water. This represents
Jesus Christ, "…for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him."
John 3:34, Heb. 1:9.
Then I take another canister and put a "measure" of water in it.
This represents a filled believer. So thus you have the Father, Son and Holy
Ghost. Three of the primary ways that God has "spoken" to us, Heb.
1:1-3.
(This is still forthcoming?)
The light blue-green is representative of God's Spirit that is everywhere.
This would be the Father.
Next, you should notice that Jesus is fully colored in with God's
Spirit. He was God manifest in the flesh, 1 Tim. 3:16, and all the fullness of
deity, or the Godhead, dwelt in Him bodily, Col. 2:9. Notice that verse. The
Trinity makes Jesus a second person in the Godhead. But the Bible has all
of the Godhead in Jesus! To be one of three is not as great as to be the one God
all in all! Deuteronomy 6:4, Mark 12:29
After the cross, and after Jesus' ascension, (See John 7:37-39, 16:7)
the Holy Ghost was poured out on the Day of Pentecost.
The reason I included Moses in this "picture" was so I would have
more than 3 people in it! If it were not for loading time, I would have included
more in the picture. God is one Spirit! Yet he has manifest Himself in many
ways! Not just the three manifestations we often think of. There was the burning
bush, the pillar of cloud, and the pillar of fire, etc.
